St Kilda Sea Baths rooftop

CAPP have made a formal objection to the City Of Port Phillip in regards to its role in approving the current plans to build on and further limit public access to the St Kilda Sea Baths rooftop. CAPP has also made representations to the State Government of Victoria in its role as the landlord and owner of the building.
